Plugins extend Midaz with domain-specific capabilities — Pix connectivity, bank transfers, and more. The use cases below show how these plugins work with the core ledger to build complete financial workflows.

### Pix

Pix is Brazil's instant payment system. To build a Pix product, you do more than connect to BACEN's infrastructure. Institutions must also calculate and route fees, enforce consistent transaction patterns, and keep a clear audit trail for every movement.
