Bind one more credential to the engine

The subject then authenticates as this engine on the engine surfaces. One engine holds one credential per calling product (the Lerian core’s Pix and TED plugins are one engine, each with its own); a subject binds at most one engine, disabled ones included, so a subject another engine holds is 409 JDC-0114. Binding a subject the engine already holds changes nothing. Admin only (engines credential-subjects:write).
