List the worker loan requests open for the leilão

Reads one page of the rail’s solicitações-trabalhador-paginado listing (Manual 001 v1.10 §3.2.1/§3.2.2): the worker loan requests open for a 24h leilão, each carrying the FREE consignable margin. The inclusion window is MANDATORY — the rail refuses a listing read without one — and the page is served over exactly that window. This is a window onto the RAIL and writes nothing: it does not advance the discovery job’s state, so it can return a solicitação the job has already processed. Use the event feed for what the gateway itself has processed.

Partner route: the text above describes the party’s own route. Here the path names no party: the call runs as the one originador the partner credential’s scope holds, which must be registered under the caller’s tenant, exactly as the party’s own credential would. A credential whose scope holds more than one originador is refused 403 AUT-1022: name the originador on this route’s /v1/consignado/originadores/ form instead.
