The Reporter regulatory catalog has the document br.bcb.cadoc-4111 (CADOC 4111). The catalog publishes its contract, a manual, and a reference mapping from Lerian. The reference mapping reads Midaz data. In CADOC 4111, the rows of the file come from the catalog: the COSIF accounts that the document reports. The mapping gives the value of each row.

Activate the document

When you activate the document, Reporter pins its version and writes the starting mapping of the subscription. The starting mapping is the reference mapping. To start from a blank mapping, send mapping: blank. The answer shows the tables and columns that the mapping finds, and the fields that nothing fills yet. To activate the document in the Lerian Console, see Regulatory Filing.

Reference and customized mappings

Reporter compares the mapping in force with the reference mapping of the pinned version. Get the mapping returns the result in the X-Mapping-Origin header:
  • reference: the mapping is the reference mapping.
  • referenceWithAdditions: the mapping is the reference mapping, plus data sources that you added to a set that can read from several data sources.
  • customized: you made the mapping.
A filing records this value as bindingOrigin in its provenance. To start again from the reference mapping, restart the mapping with mapping: reference. Reporter keeps the data sources that you added. To write your own mapping, see the regulatory mapping reference.

What you do

  • Register COSIF accounts as the rubric codes in the accounting entries of your Midaz operation routes. The reference mapping reads the COSIF account of an operation from the routeCode that Midaz records on it.
  • Read the manual of the version that you file. It states what Lerian assumes about your ledger, and what the version does not cover.
  • Review each Draft before you approve it. Reporter refuses approval while a required field is blank.
