Operator backfill for the Pix cutover, idempotent and safe to repeat. Each participant the tenant acts as is claimed on its own Courier, from its own organization’s records; a participant with no Courier is skipped. Claims every recurrence this engine authorized as the payer’s PSP (retrying those another engine held), then declares every debit block not yet reversed (a debited one for a day, as its reversal can still follow) and every schedule that can still be cancelled. Last, it claims the charger side of every live recurrence this engine opened as the recipient’s PSP with its charger’s CNPJ as DOCUMENT, retrying those another engine held; a recurrence counts as claimed only once its charger’s CNPJ is this engine’s too. Every step runs even when an earlier one failed for some participant. Run it again after the vendor is repointed at the Courier, so legs opened in between are declared too. heldElsewhere lists the keys the Courier gives to another engine (a charger’s CNPJ as DOCUMENT:cnpj); an operator resolves each one. 503 PIX-0130: no participant of this tenant has a Courier, or a participant’s Courier could not be resolved or reached; the others were still claimed; run it again.
