Cancel a fraud marker
Cancels a DICT fraud marker by its directory resource ID within the scope of the participant determined by the authenticated tenant. The request has no body. Cancelling an already-CANCELLED marker is idempotent and returns 200 without changes. Returns 404 for an unknown resource ID, 403 when the participant is not authorized to cancel the marker, and 409 for another state conflict. When BACEN has not resolved the cancellation yet, the operation answers 409 / PIX-0118; errors[] carries operationId and operationStatus when the provider sent valid values. A later Get fraud marker shows the change BACEN applies. Do not retry blindly: a retry can keep returning this answer after BACEN resolves the operation.
