Submit a Transaction Report

Use this endpoint to manually trigger the submission of a TRCK002 transaction report to BTG. This is a fallback for reports that were not submitted through the normal automated flow.

Notes:

Submission is accepted for reports in PENDING or ERROR status; ERROR reports are previously failed submissions an operator can retry.
This endpoint is idempotent: reports that are already PROCESSING or CONFIRMED are left unchanged.
Submission is accepted for asynchronous processing; the final outcome (CONFIRMED/ERROR) is delivered later via the BTG CAMT025 status webhook.
