Get cross-org subject summary (admin)

Consolidates a subject’s active blocks across the caller institution’s Midaz organizations. The subject value is tokenized server-side and never logged. The CRITICO blocked amount is masked unless the caller proves a cleartext grant. Reading a subject by document is a privileged PII access, audited before the body is served.
