Informs the B3 instrument code (Código IF, X(14) per the B3 CCB operations manual) the bancarizador received when B3 accepted the CCB registration of an averbado contract.
The premise that the B3 registration happens AFTER the averbação is a product decision, not a B3 rule: the code is accepted only once the averbação is confirmed, and never on the averbação body.
Written once. Re-sending the same registro answers 200 with the original registradoEm and publishes no second fact. Sending a different code or date for a contract that already holds one is refused with 409; the API offers no correction. The gateway does not talk to B3 and does not check that the code matches the CCB: that is the informer’s responsibility.
Idempotent by value: the registro itself is the key, so no X-Idempotency header is read.
