Registers one credit’s cessão and establishes the fund’s ownership boundary. A prior fund attribution alone does not open fund-scoped reads.
The bancarizador identifies the credit with the idempotency_key used for the bid and the fund that signed the endosso. The credit must already be attributed to that exact fund; a credit without an attribution or attributed to another fund is rejected.
The operation is idempotent. Registering the same credit and fund again returns the durable state instead of creating a second row or feed fact. cedido starts false and becomes true only through a registered cessão: this registration, or the Lender’s own cessão of the credit’s contract. When the Lender already ceded the contract to the same fund, the call returns that cessão. When the Lender ceded it to another fund, the call is rejected with 409 CESSAO_CEDED_TO_OTHER_FUND.
