Registers one credit’s cessão and establishes the fund’s ownership boundary. A prior fund attribution alone does not open fund-scoped reads.
The bancarizador identifies the credit with the idempotency_key used for the bid and the fund that signed the endosso. The credit must already be attributed to that exact fund; a credit without an attribution or attributed to another fund is rejected.
The operation is idempotent. Registering the same credit and fund again returns the durable state instead of creating a second row or feed fact. cedido starts false and becomes true only through this registration.

The fund this credit was ceded to. Matched byte for byte against the credit's own attribution — no trim, case fold, or normalization.

The credit's own business key — the SAME idempotency_key the bid was submitted and accepted under. Bounded at 128 CHARACTERS, the same unit the bid submission surface and its database CHECK already use — never bytes, which a multibyte key would reach first.
