Returns the corrected resource bytes a correction fact points at, verified against the digest that fact published.
This is the endpoint the consumer’s M2M artifact reader calls. It answers bytes or an error and never a redirect, a byte range or a content-coded body: each of those turns a valid correction into a terminal failure on the consumer side.
An unknown correction and one belonging to another tenant share the same 404. The tenant is part of the chain’s primary key, so the distinction is not made rather than merely hidden.
