Read workers with a new employment bond after a termination-closed contract

Reads the rail’s consultar-vinculos-novos-trabalhador (Manual 006 v1.12 §2.2): the support read for the §2.3 renegociação, listing workers who now hold a new employment bond after a contract closed by employment-link termination. The window is mandatory and capped at 30 days by the rail (code GR); this gateway refuses a wider window locally.
