Adding a Segment to an Account

Assign a Segment to an existing Account from the Console to classify it by shared characteristics and apply the associated benefits or business rules.

Segments group Accounts by shared characteristics and benefits. To learn more about Segments, see the Segments page.

To add a Segment to an Account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Accounts page. Find the Account you want to add to the Segment. In the Actions column, click the three dots (). Select Details.

2. Select the Account Details tab. Select the Segment from the drop-down list.

3. Click the Save button to confirm.
