Create a Group

Creates a group. name is the identifier you will address it by everywhere else — it is NOT a generated UUID, and it cannot be changed afterwards; displayName is the label people see and can be changed at any time.

A new group is empty and grants nothing. Add people with POST /v1/groups/{id}/users and grant it roles with POST /v1/roles/{id}/groups; until both happen the group has no effect on anyone’s access.

Failures:

400 — a required member is missing.
409 — a group with that name already exists in your organization.
503 IDE-0066 — the identity provider is unavailable (unreachable, too slow to answer, or failing). Nothing about the request was wrong; retry it later.
