Reset a password with a verification code

Spends the code mailed by POST /v1/users/forgot-password/send-code and sets the new password. PUBLIC: no bearer token, by design.

Available only where the deployment enables password recovery.

Second and last call of the flow. The code is single-use and expires; a wrong or stale code is refused and the password is unchanged.

On success the response has no body (204) and the member can sign in with the new password.

Failures:

400 — the code is wrong or expired, or the new password fails the password policy.
503 IDE-0066 — the identity provider is unavailable (unreachable, too slow to answer, or failing). Nothing about the request was wrong; retry it later.
