Enviar consulta de saldo de cuenta de reservas STR0013

Envía a BACEN una consulta de saldo de cuenta de reservas STR0013 de parte única y devuelve un id de correlación más un estado PENDING. La respuesta (STR0013R1, que lleva SldRB_CL: el saldo de la conta Reservas Bancárias / Conta de Liquidação) llega de forma asíncrona y se lee mediante GET /v1/str/reserve-balance-queries/. Lerian SPB proyecta el saldo que envía BACEN; nunca calcula una posición.
