Obtener resumen operativo

Devuelve un resumen listo para dashboard que compone disponibilidad, conteos de operaciones (agrupados por familia + estado), backlog de conciliación (solo open/in-progress), entregas fallidas (failed/exhausted) y advertencias de certificados (cualquier estado distinto de VALID). Calculado bajo demanda a partir de las tablas fuente en vivo.
