Listar cronología de la operación

Devuelve las entradas cronológicas del ciclo de vida de una operación. Los ids desconocidos aparecen como no encontrado (SPB-0010). El orden es occurred_at ASC. Los campos de payload de protocolo crudo nunca aparecen en las respuestas.
